It is not often a near-perfect preservation of 1950s American home architecture surfaces on the housing market. For Houzz community celebrity ncgraciemay, this mid-century North Carolina ranch was a must-have. Looking to close on the house this month, she plans to begin renovations on the area in August. Until then, she’s invited us to help her settle a few crucial design decisions which will need to be created — by the outside paint color to the kitchen floor substance.
